LevelUp was born from a simple observation: the leaders who will shape AI adoption in their organizations are the ones who understand it at a practical level. Not from reading about it. From building with it.
After years in technology leadership, I saw the same pattern over and over: companies invest in AI tools, but without hands-on experience, leaders can't tell the difference between genuine capability and marketing hype. They're making million-dollar decisions about technology they've never actually used.
I built LevelUp to fix that. Not with lectures or slide decks, but with personalized coaching that gets leaders building real AI tools in their first week. The program is designed for busy executives who need practical skills, not another certification to hang on the wall.
